He tooks part in musicals, drama theatre, monodrama, movies and TV series. He is a full-time working musical actor in Musical Theatre in Gdynia since 2004. He also worked in many Polish theatres such as: Wybrzeże Theatre in Gdańsk, Miejski Theatre in Gdynia, Gdynia Cultural Centre, Na Plaży Theatre in Sopot, Valldal Comedy Theatre, Music Theatre in Łódź, Music Theatre in Toruń, Na Zamku Theatre in Szczecin, Syrena Theatre in Warsaw, 6. Piętro Theatre in Warsaw or Variété Theatre in Crakow.
Since its premiere in 2014 Mateusz Deskiewicz plays his one man show „Being Charlie Chaplin”, directed by P. Wyszomirski and Deskiewicz himself. The show has won numerous awards and was presented on many Polish theatre festivals. „Being Charlie Chaplin” represented Poland abroad on „Armmono” One Man Show International Festival in Armenia, in Ukraine (Kiev) and Lithuania (Visaginas).
