Founder and owner of KAISA ART-PRODUCTION. She graduated from the Acting Department of the A. Zelwerowicz State Drama School in Warsaw (1992) and completed Postgraduate Studies in Speech at the same school (1998). She also completed Gender Studies at the Institute of Literary Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences (2009) and the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw, where she completed the postgraduate program "Management for Creators, Artists, and Cultural Animators" (2016).
Associated with the Stefan Jaracz Theatre in Olsztyn, the Ludwik Solski Theatre in Tarnów, the Nowy Theatre in Warsaw, and the Kamienica Theatre in Warsaw. She is an actress at the Arnold Szyfman Polish Theatre in Warsaw.
In 2011, she was awarded the Medal of Merit for Polish Culture.
From 2000 to 2024, she was a lecturer at the Theatre Academy, where she taught classes in speech technique and expressiveness, poetry interpretation, and verse dialogue. From 2014 to 2018, she was a lecturer at the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music,
From 2016 to 2019, she served as Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Acting, and from 2019 to 2023, Dean of the Acting Program at the Aleksander Zelwerowicz Theatre Academy in Warsaw. Since 2017, she has been an expert with the Polish Accreditation Committee and since 2025, an expert with the Science Evaluation Committee.
She holds a postdoctoral degree in art, specializing in film and theatre.
From 2011 to 2024, she served as vice president of the Daria Trafankowska Foundation, which supports sick stage artists, and since 2025, she has served as president of the Foundation.
She also appears in films, series, and plays for Television Theatre and Polish Radio Theatre, as well as in dubbing.
