Gniewomir Skrzysiński

Stage and screen actor with a distinctive presence and a strong focus on emotionally demanding, physically committed, and psychologically layered characters. Comfortable in both classical and contemporary productions, he is drawn to roles driven by inner conflict and complex motivations.

He has built consistent on-screen experience through appearances in multiple television series, performing in more than a dozen individual TV episodes, as well as film productions. He portrayed Chief of Police Arkipo Khomasuridze in the international feature Young Stalin, directed by Géla Babluani. He also appeared in the short film Vodka, Snacks and Pure Beauty, produced by Telewizja Polska as part of the “Promised Land” programme for emerging filmmakers at the Łódź Film School.

His theatre work includes drama, comedy, absurdist theatre and original productions. He enjoys combining detailed script analysis with physical storytelling, always aiming for truthful and authentic performances.

Alongside acting, he develops his own literary and theatre projects, which further enrich his understanding of storytelling and character creation.
