My name is Aleksander Idzi, I’m 21 years old and currently studying dramatic acting at the AST National Academy of Theatre Arts in Kraków.
My acting journey began at the Razy 2 Theatre in Bystrzyca Kłodzka, where I performed for three years before starting my formal education. That’s where I discovered my true passion for acting.
After moving to Kraków, I completed a one-year acting course at LART Studio, and later was accepted into AST, where I continue to develop my craft.
In recent years, I’ve gained professional experience by playing the main antagonist in the Polish film “Piepzyć Mickiewicza 3”* (“F** Mickiewicz 3”*). I have also appeared in several TV series and worked as a voice-over artist.
I feel comfortable both on stage and in front of the camera. I sing, dance, and thanks to growing up in Northern Ireland, I’m fluent in English. Having a strong musical ear, I can perform in a wide range of accents – British, American, Scottish, Irish, Australian, French, Eastern European, Jamaican – I can also learn new accents extremely quickly. Often, I just need to hear one for a few minutes to reproduce it accurately.
I also have experience in voice acting, especially in creating animated character voices.
In my free time, I enjoy fishing – spinning is one of my biggest passions. I’ve also been playing football since childhood, and I’d say I’m above average at it. I work out regularly to stay in good physical shape and be ready for any role.
My motto: Don’t take life too seriously :)
